drops to baking soda, put in bath.

1) Apply on location: tummy, back, temples; 2) inhale directly/diffuse;
3) take 1 drop in water.
Lemon: Has Antiseptic-like
properties and contains compounds that have been studied for their effect on
immune function. It may serve as an insect repellant and may be beneficial
for the skin. 1) Use in a squirt bottle with distilled water as an air
freshener, 2) Rub a drop on hands after using a public bathroom, 3) Rub on
cellulite to improve circulation.
Thieves: Powerful, protective and antimicrobial! Protects during winter
season, 99% effective against airborne bacteria, promotes healthy immune
system. Gargle 1 drop of Thieves in 2 ounces water to calm a sore
throat.
1) Dilute 1 drop oil with 4 drops V-6 oil and apply to bottoms of feet,
throat, abdomen; 2) inhale or diffuse.
Frankincense:
Boosts immune system, supports emotional well being,
promotes correct cellular function, wards off respiratory infections and has a rich Biblical history.
1) Apply 2-4 drops on location, 2) directly inhale, 3) diffuse, 4) take
as a dietary supplement.
Valor:
Supports the musculoskeletal system and helps the spine to line
up electrically, used by chiropractors across the nation - it has been dubbed "Chiropractor in a Bottle," and when inhaled helps overcome stress
and despair.
1) Apply topically to wrists, back, neck, bottoms of feet; 2)
inhale/diffuse; 3) 2-4 drops to bathwater.
Pan Away:
Warming, penetrating, and soothing: This blend of Essential
Oils increases circulation and provides relief of muscle and joint
discomfort due to inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms or sprains.
1) Apply on location or on temples, back of neck, on spine, 2) dilute
1-1 with V-6 oil for a large area.
Peace and Calming:
Exquisite aroma helps calm hyper children, promotes
relaxation and a deep sense of peace; combats negative emotions. Rub
Peace & Calming on bottoms of feet for peaceful night's rest.
1) Diffuse/directly inhale, 2) Apply to wrist, outer ear or foot, 3) 4
drops in baking soda, put in bath.
Purification:
Bacteria buster, best natural air purifier it contains no chemicals. Rids air of bad odors and smoke, good for insect bites, cleans
bathroom germs, uplifts and energizes. Use Purification to freshen
laundry.
1) Inhale directly/diffuse, 2) add 2 drops to dryer sheet, 3) put 2
drops on sponge to clean counters.
